“Sovereign Trade Park” is located opposite the Sovereign Hill tourist park close to the centre of Ballarat, main roads and only 5 minutes from  the Western Highway on the Melbourne side of Ballarat.  One of the closest Industrial zoned area to the centre of Ballarat, it faces West onto Otway Street South which is a quiet street with no passing traffic.
